Rates guaranteed until the August 16, 2010 CUTOFF DATE. Please mention ''40th National Singles Dance-A-Rama 2010'' when making reservations, to be guaranteed these Special Group Rates. The hotel will offer the special rate for 3 days BEFORE, and 3 days AFTER the Dance-A-Rama. Dancers are responsible for their own reservations, and prices do NOT include tax (prevailing rate currently 12.5%) or $1.00 occupancy fee.

The hotel offers FREE PARKING for their guests. Street parking will be provided free to dancers on a first-come basis. Hotel garage parking for dancers NOT staying in the hotel will be charged a daily rate of only five dollars ($5.00), with in and out privileges.

While Oversized Vehicles, Recreational Vehicles, or trailers may be parked on the street, zoning regulations PROHIBIT ANYONE SLEEPING IN THESE VEHICLES. Camping facilities are over 25 miles south of the hotel.
